Our flagship product is a complete software solution designed to streamline cash register and restaurant management processes. We're presently expanding our multinational team and seeking an Account manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Oversee projects related to key accounts, ensuring successful delivery and meeting client expectations
• Drive sales activities and engage in pre-sales efforts to identify opportunities and contribute to business growth
• Travel internationally, particularly to the European Union and England

• Proven experience in project management, sales, and pre-sales activities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (C1 level) with excellent pronunciation and speech. 
• Proficiency in the Russian language is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (PM book)
• Higher education in a relevant field
• Familiarity with HoReCa field (experience with POS systems is a big plus)
