Role Description

As an Accounting/Finance Specialist, you’ll play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting business efficiency. If you excellent in bookkeeping, Xero, and attention to detail, this is your chance to thrive in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

Job requirements

  • Experience working as an accountant in an international company or IT industry is an advantage. 

  • Xero certification is a plus. 

  • Proficiency in Xero. 

  • Knowledge and application of GAAP principles. 

  • Practical experience in: 

    1. accounts receivable management, 

    2. independently handling the accounting of a small company. 

  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently. 

  • Strong communication skills and fast typing (frequent communication in both external and internal chats). 

  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to the operational needs of the organization. 

  • Willingness to combine accounting and administrative responsibilities. 

  • English language proficiency sufficient for working with documents and correspondence. Conversational English will be an advantage. 

Responsibilities

Accounting: 

  • Managing accounting in Xero in accordance with GAAP requirements. 

  • Daily bank statement reconciliation and posting standard journal entries (Bank, Stripe). 

  • Regular payments (including payroll) and supplier settlements. 

  • Issuing and adjusting invoices for certain clients. 

  • Recording and processing supplier bills. 

  • Monitoring and managing accounts receivable – sending persistent reminders to clients with overdue payments. 

  • Preparing documents for quarterly VAT reporting. 

Administrative Functions: 

  • Administrative tasks in CRM (renewing, adding, and allocating licenses delivered to clients). 

  • Supporting the sales department with accounting-related documents (sales support).
