Our Product

Our flagship product is a complete software solution designed to streamline cash register and restaurant management processes. From order management and inventory tracking to staff scheduling and customer analytics, our platform offers a comprehensive suite of features to meet the diverse needs of modern restaurants.
The project

We're on the lookout for a Business Analyst to support and develop the processes and products of the company's internal automation. The primary products and associated processes will be included.

  • Billing system (customer billing for the company)
  • Licensing system (SaaS model, controlling customer subscriptions)
  • Integration systems for connectivity with accounting systems (like Xero)
  • Partner Portal (dealers) of the company (a tool for managing customer subscriptions on behalf of partners, as well as various statistical information for partners)

The work is set to unfold in two main stages, looking at the level of responsibility for processes and systems:

Stage 1: Learning, documenting, and visualizing processes and reporting to the current process owner.

Stage 2: Transitioning to become the process owner, full cycle of support, development, and optimization of processes under the direct supervision of top management.

The timeline for moving from the first to the second stage isn't strictly defined but is expected not to exceed one year.


Responsibilities

  • Describing and visualizing business processes
  • Identifying and gathering requirements from various sources
  • Independent analysis of processes, identification of problem areas
  • Systematizing requirements
  • Documenting and detailing requirements
  • Coordinating requirements with process participants and the team
  • Structuring user stories for developers, including how-to demos
  • When necessary, prepare mock-ups of interfaces in Balsamiq

Job requirements

  • Analytical mindset and strong critical thinking skills
  • Systematic approach to problem-solving, with the ability to dissect complex issues and propose effective solutions
  • Proven ability to optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Understanding of software development processes, with the capability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely
  • Proficiency in both English and Russian languages, enables effective communication with diverse stakeholders
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably with a focus on process improvement
  • Desired: Basic knowledge of SQL for data analysis and manipulation
