About
We are looking for an analyst to join our implementation team and help deliver our solution to kiosks installed at restaurants.
Job requirements
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or Automated Control Systems.
Strong command of business analysis techniques.
Ability to formalize and communicate changes to business processes.
Demonstrated experience in implementing hardware and software solutions.
Technical writing skills are a must.
Experience in the HoReCa domain is a plus, specifically with iiko or similar restaurant management systems.
English is fluent for direct contact with English-speaking stakeholders. Perfect Russian to communicate with Russian-speaking part of the team.
Responsibilities
Elicitation of customer-specific needs and aligning those with the capabilities of the solution for further launch (implementation) at the customer end.
Maintaining requirements across the complete solution lifecycle.
Maintain operational documentation in a manner that will help reduce unnecessary support overhead.
Liaise with the product team to triage tasks and form backlog.
Participate in launch sessions at a customer site.
