We're presently expanding our multinational team and seeking an Implementation Manager.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contributor to the technical onboarding process of Syrve partners
• Collect and consolidate best implementation practices to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
• Collaborate closely with other technical divisions
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders
• Demonstrate strong project management skills
• Provide exceptional support to B2B customers

• Experience implementing Syrve or POS systems, at least 1 year
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong process-oriented approach, with a focus on optimizing implementation workflows and procedures
• Preferred experience in project management
• Experience in B2B customer service or technical support is a plus
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
