As a Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and guiding clients to maximize their use of cutting-edge software solutions, with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction and technical proficiency. Job requirements
Familiarity with Syrve software is a significant advantage.
Proficiency with PC or laptop setups to facilitate work.
Experience in the restaurant industry is highly desirable. (Especially as a manager or administrator who understands the inner workings of such establishments.)
Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
Russian language skills are a strong plus.
Exceptional written communication skills with attention to detail.
A customer-centric mindset, committed to resolving diverse user challenges.
Eagerness to absorb and manage a large volume of technical and industry-specific information.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a multitasking environment while maintaining efficiency.

Diagnose and correct system configuration errors efficiently.
Monitor and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
