Job description
Syrve is a leading restaurant technology solutions provider serving over 10,000 F&B businesses worldwide. We help restaurants optimize operations, increase profitability, and enhance guest experiences through innovative SaaS solutions.
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager to grow our sales presence across SMB, mid-market, and multi-location restaurant groups in the UAE.
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
3–5 years of B2B SaaS or hospitality sales experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to close both mid-market and larger multi-branch accounts
Experience managing full sales cycles and decision-making stakeholders
Analytical and commercially driven mindset
Arabic speaker preferred
UAE driver’s license is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients through field visits, calls, and email outreach
Conduct professional product demonstrations and solution presentations
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing
Build, manage, and grow a healthy sales pipeline
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers
Understand customer business needs and propose suitable solutions
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
