About  

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring across various functions, with a focus on technical roles. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, run structured interview processes, and ensure an excellent candidate experience from sourcing to offer. 

This role is ideal for someone experienced in fast-paced environments, especially startups or growing teams. You’ll use modern tools like Recruitee and LinkedIn, track key metrics, and contribute directly to building high-performing, value-aligned teams. 

Job requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in startups or fast-growing companies. 

  • Proven success in building technical teams with a focus on long-term performance and team health. 

  • Strong candidate evaluation skills, including structured interviews and cultural fit assessments. 

  • Experience working with Recruitee or similar ATS platforms, as well as HR tools and systems.

  • Ability to influence, build trust, and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. 

  • A relationship-driven recruiting approach and a strong understanding of the talent market, with a focus on international hiring. 

  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other modern sourcing tools. 

Responsibilities 

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of roles, with a strong focus on technical hiring. 

  • Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent via job boards, LinkedIn, and networking. 

  • Conduct discussions with hiring managers to jointly define role requirements, interview plans, and selection criteria. 

  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate both soft and hard skills, experience, and cultural fit. 

  • Ensure clear and transparent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. 

  • Lead offer calls and negotiations, supporting a smooth and aligned hiring process. 

  • Use data from Recruitee (ATS) to analyze metrics and optimize recruitment strategies. 

  • Maintain documentation and stay organized using Outlook and Drive. 

  • Participate in selected HR tasks and cross-functional projects as needed.
