Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Tech Partner Manager to drive our partnership strategy and expand our portfolio of third-party vendors. This role is critical to enhancing our price list, diversifying our offerings, and ensuring our store delivers exceptional value to our customers. 

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of vendor relationships, and the ability to align partnerships with business objectives.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align partnerships with business objectives.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to identify, engage, and onboard third-party vendors to enhance our product portfolio. 

  • Identify high-potential vendors, conduct outreach, and establish mutually beneficial partnerships to diversify and enrich our pricelist and store offerings. 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure ongoing collaboration and success. 

  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify gaps in our current offerings and source appropriate third-party solutions. 

  • Lead negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms, pricing, and agreements that align with our business goals. 

  • Track and evaluate the performance of partnerships to ensure they meet predefined objectives, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability. 

  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to integrate partner products into our store and effectively promote them to customers.
